Monthly PageView and other Basic Features.
The comments were right, they have never seen anything like this before etc. But it is so different it doesn't offer any of the basic information. Monthly PageViews, Weekly PageViews, Users Paths, etc. I could easily name a dozen or more "common" features that every single web analytics has and ChartBeat doesn't.

Please explain "Server Load Time"
What does "Server Load Time" mean exactly? It doesn't seem to be measured from real users? What is it for? How does it compare to User Load Time?

Allow multiple instances of chartbeat on the same page.
We inject our software into our client's pages. We use Chartbeat and, once in a while, we integrate with a client who also uses Chartbeat. One Chartbeat instance will cancel the other out. Is there any way to have two instances of Chartbeat on the same page?

Add the Active Visitors number into chartbeat's title tag
In this way I can have a chartbeat tab open in my web browser and monitor the active visitors without having to necessarily have the page selected. It would work similar to Gmail's new mail count. Fancy!

Unable to login with Chrome on OS X
Login and password are accepted, but then I just get redirected to the login page.
Works fine in Safari and Firefox.

add traffic source alerts, such as "alert when link pages exceed x% of current traffic sources"
My Link traffic is generally <5% of my traffic sources. If a whole bunch of inbound traffic starts to come in through a link, I'd love to know about it.

does chartbeat help in setting location for my articles on my website
Does chartbeat api or settings can automatically set our articles on my site with traffic on it, eg: if a visitor has read an article is it possible that chartbeat can change the view for my visitor and bring a article down on the page up when he comes again on the same page.
