allow editing of alerts

Editing of alerts will be nice to have. Rather than delete > create

Also, It would be great if I could set both an SMS and email alert, rather than creating two separate alerts

        I agree. The alerts section needs a lot of work. It would be nice to be able to specify different SMS mobile numbers for different sites as well.
