Ability to login to secure sites to monitor performance
It would be great if users could enter a username/password to allow chartbeat to monitor pages that are not publicly available.

Is this really an issue? Can't Chartbeat log pings for pages that are password protected since the client browser is pushing data to Chartbeat rather than Chartbeat pulling data fro the web site?
