Custime Alert times to check

Basically we run some major backups around 3am and every night due to it the > 10 second alert trips, so I would like to say check for this alert from 7am - midnight or something similar so I'm not getting alerts nightly at 3am!

        Would love to be able to combine all the uservoice items that basically say "Make alerts better" so we could pool all the votes.
