Show the timezone on the historical data

The "Today" section has what appears to be an arbitrary time scale and start/stop. It would be best if I could set that, but at least please tell me what the timezone is.

        This would be great for us in Australia to be able to set our timezone for the widgets... the 'day' cutoff happens right in the middle of our afternoon, which is usually our busiest activity, so its quite frustrating that we lose that continuity when monitoring.
