UTF-8 problems in widgets, titles not showing correct

I have UTF-8 characters in my website title, and they are not showing correctly in the widgets, files are saved (.js fils too) UTF-8 No BOM local.

    UTF-8 is now fully supported by our backends, middle layers, and frontend. Everything should work fine now! :)
