I need to be able to run reports for management on a monthly and quarterly basis. For this I will need a way to dowload reports of the analytics

I would like to know as well. This is the only way I will pay for this service. My boss needs to be able to take the data with him and repackage it for a client.

More generally speaking: Chartbeat's data is useless to me in it's current eye-candy animated fancy form. It's slow to update, it's difficult to pinpoint a moment in time, and it's downright impossible to tease out what caused that slow load time at 2:33 am this morning. I need to be able to see raw LOGS! I want to know exactly what happened and when. Preferably, I would be able to sort this raw data by columns as well. The raw data should be accessible at least for 35 days and downloadable so we can create our own reports.
