I've been noticing a lag lately when loading the dashboard, if you look at some of the more popular blogs, you'll see they don't load the entire content of the page, but render what's visible, then as they scroll, deliver the information on an as needed basis. That would reduce the initial load time of the page drastically and remove a lot of database calls which would increase your capacity, or at least reduce spikes.

I have noticed that you consistently over-report page load time on our site because it includes loading of all our other tracking code (Quantcast, Unica, Google Analytics etc) that happen after what Firefox calls the DOMContentLoaded event. To our users the page is graphically completely loaded long before you say it is and we don't care about that tracking code.

So can you please add an option or report separately the time for DOMContentLoaded ???

We have alot of traffic coming to our site as a result of Javascript widgets on other sites. Each time the partner page loads, the java comes to our site and grabs a page and serves it up. In Chartbeat this looks like a referrer or a person on our main site, but it is not, it is a Widget hit. In Google Analytics you can exclude certain types of traffic like this. You guys need a way to exclude widget hits. Or put them in a different bucket

Is there any plan to support bootstrapped startups? I would love to put this on our web app and then pay later. The API looks like something worth integrating into the app from the beginning, but with a 30 day trial I'd have to pay before I got the app finished.

Odds are I'll still sign up later on when it gets closer to launch, but it'd be neat to play with it more beforehand.

While we know we can share our analytics with a public URL, and we know we can add a new user to our accounts, it would be nice if we could add an existing chartbeat user to our accounts. For example. Chartbeat user A and user B both have accounts with a handful of sites in them, it would be good to go into account A and be able to see data from both account A and B if B has opted to share their analytics with A.

When I click replay after a traffic alert, I see the replay start going. For example, it said we had traffic of 135 users. But, when I watch the replay, it says 45 people and doesn't get to the 135. Perhaps it is starting earlier than the event, but there is no documentation to explain this. How many seconds prior to the alert does the replay start at?
