Hi, the issue with this is that it means the bandwidth required to run this all the time makes it very expensive and we’d have to raise our prices. At the moment the pause is the best way of keeping our prices down.
We are looking at other ways that we could offer this as a premium service if enough people want it

Yes, this is SO annoying. If you really need to pause to prevent abuse, give us a 5-minute rolling window to check for activity.

It would be nice if the heatmap was displayed in the current box without the need to hover. Use the hover for URL and activity, but show the heatmap on the main widget.

Wouldn't pausing after 5 minutes accomplish this? Or even 1 minute. Or give us 30 minutes every day without a pause? I'm switching between CB and my site to make changes based on what I'm seeing in the reports, but CB keep pausing. It's very irritating. How about a 1 minute timeout, and maybe charge for a pro version with a longer timeout, or no timeout. It defeats the purpose of using CB to improve my sites. But I also don't want to pay any more $$$! :-)
